At Oonsa, we believe that every event should be built on a foundation of mutual respect, safety, and kindness. These Community Guidelines govern the on-ground behavior of both Clients and Vendors to ensure everyone has a great experience.

01Enforcing a Safe Event Environment

Our Golden Rule: Clients agree to provide a professional, safe, and entirely non-discriminatory working environment for vendors and their event crews.
Mutual Respect: No form of physical abuse, verbal threats, hate speech, or harassment (including sexual harassment) will be tolerated on-site at any event booked through Oonsa.
The Right to Withdraw Safely: If a vendor or their staff faces active harassment, safety threats, or hostile conditions on-site, they have the immediate right to discontinue the service, secure their equipment, and leave the venue. In such verified cases, the client's payment remains non-refundable.

02Respecting Finite Capacity

Event Timelines: Vendors plan their setups and prepare resources for your exact event slot. Clients must ensure reasonable access, parking, and on-site coordination are clear to prevent delays. If an event runs significantly overtime, or the client requests extra coverage on-site, additional charges may apply and must be processed via the Oonsa app.
