Payments for bookings are processed securely through the platform. You can manage payment methods from your dashboard and track transactions.
What you can do
- Add or update saved payment methods under Dashboard → Payment & Wallet.
- Complete checkout when booking a vendor; you will receive a confirmation and receipt.
- View payment history and your available wallet balance from the dashboard.
- If something looks wrong, contact support with your booking reference.
