Managing payments

How to pay for bookings, view receipts, and use your wallet on Oonsa.

Payments for bookings are processed securely through the platform. You can manage payment methods from your dashboard and track transactions.

What you can do

  • Add or update saved payment methods under Dashboard → Payment & Wallet.
  • Complete checkout when booking a vendor; you will receive a confirmation and receipt.
  • View payment history and your available wallet balance from the dashboard.
  • If something looks wrong, contact support with your booking reference.
